This privacy policy applies to the Rooma: AI Interior Design app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Poshet (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Photos of rooms you upload for redesign
  • Design preferences and style selections
  • Device information and operating system
  • Subscription and purchase data

Third-Party AI Data Sharing

To provide AI-powered interior design features, Rooma shares certain data with third-party AI service providers. By using these features, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Data shared: photos of rooms you upload for redesign and any style or design preferences you select
  • Third-party provider that receives your data: Google (AI image generation models)
  • Purpose: your data is transmitted solely for AI-powered interior design image generation
  • Consent: you are required to explicitly review and accept a consent screen before any data is transmitted to third-party providers
  • Existing users are prompted to review and accept consent before their first AI-powered action
  • You can review or revoke your consent at any time in the app Settings

Photo Processing

Photos you upload are transmitted to Google's AI models for processing to generate interior design suggestions. Your photos and generated designs are stored in your personal collection until you choose to delete them. Your content is not used by Google for model training or marketing purposes.

Third Party Services

We share your data with the following categories of third-party service providers:

  • AI Image Generation: Google — receives your room photos and design preferences solely for the purpose of generating redesigned interior images
  • Payment Processing: Apple App Store and Google Play — handle all in-app purchases and subscriptions securely
  • Cloud Storage: secure cloud infrastructure providers — store your uploaded photos, generated designs, and collection data

Your content is shared with these providers only to deliver the interior design functionality. Your personal content is never shared for marketing or AI model training purposes.

Data Retention Policy

Your saved designs and photos are retained in your personal collection until you choose to delete them. When you delete your data, it is removed from our servers within 24 hours. Upon account termination or deletion request, all associated data is purged from our servers within 24 hours. Subscription data is retained for the duration of your subscription and as required for accounting purposes.

Security

The Service Provider prioritizes the security of your data. All photo uploads and data transfers are encrypted. Your personal collection is protected with industry-standard security measures.

Your Rights

You can delete any photo or design from your collection at any time. You may request complete account deletion by contacting support.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
