Delete Account & Data
This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and any data associated with Rooma. We are committed to giving you full control over your information.
What Data We Store
Rooma may collect and store the following data associated with your use of the app:
- Photos of rooms you upload for redesign
- Generated design images stored in your personal collection
- Design preferences and style selections
- Subscription and purchase data
- Device information and operating system
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to ybahaerarslan@gmail.com with the subject line "Rooma - Data Deletion Request"
- Include any account identifier (e.g. the email associated with your Apple ID or Google account) so we can locate your data
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it within 30 days
In-App Deletion
You can delete individual photos and designs from your collection within the app at any time. When deleted, content is removed from our servers within 24 hours.
Deletion Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Happens After Deletion
Please be aware of the following consequences of data deletion:
- All room photos, generated designs, preferences, and account data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion
- You may reinstall the app and start fresh at any time after deletion
Third-Party Data
Room photos are sent to Google's AI models for interior design image generation. Google processes your data according to their privacy policy. Payment data is managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To delete payment history held by these platforms, please contact them directly.
