Delete Account & Data
This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and any data associated with GLB: 3D Model Generator. We are committed to giving you full control over your information.
What Data We Store
GLB may collect and store the following data associated with your use of the app:
- Images you upload for 3D model generation
- Text prompts you provide for generation
- Generated 3D models stored in your personal library
- Purchase and subscription data
- Device information and operating system
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to ybahaerarslan@gmail.com with the subject line "GLB - Data Deletion Request"
- Include any account identifier (e.g. the email associated with your Apple ID or Google account) so we can locate your data
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it within 30 days
In-App Deletion
You can delete individual 3D models from your personal library at any time through the app. When deleted, models are permanently removed from our servers.
Deletion Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Happens After Deletion
Please be aware of the following consequences of data deletion:
- All 3D models, uploaded images, text prompts, and account data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered
- Any remaining credits will be forfeited
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion
- You may reinstall the app and start fresh at any time after deletion
Third-Party Data
Images and text prompts are processed using third-party AI services for 3D model generation. These services process your data according to their respective privacy policies. Payment data is managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To delete payment history held by these platforms, please contact them directly.
